  1. Expert Comments and Review of technical documents on the subject of Remediation of Hg-Contaminated Soil at Kodaikanal at the instance of Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board during the years 2015-2018.

  2. Note on the issues for compliance regarding hazardous waste management in the matter of Writ Petition (Civil) 657 of 1995, Civil Original Jurisdiction, in the Supreme Court of India as per hearing dated 22.11.2017 prepared and submitted through the advocate of the Petitioner.

  6. Extract from the Order of the Supreme Court of India, dated, 11.10.2011 based on Report submitted by Dr. D.B. Boralkar.:

    We direct the respondent, Union of India/Government of India to consider the report of the Monitoring Committee prepared by Dr. D.B. Boralkar and Dr. Claude Alvares, the directions contained at page 541 of the aforesaid judgment and a copy of the submissions filed on behalf of the writ petitioner on 21st September, 2011, and to prepare a note as to what steps have been taken to implement the directions and, if the same have not been implemented, as to why the same have not been implemented. Member of Indian Delegations deputed by the Government of India, in the Ministry of Environment & Forests during the year 1997-2003, to the United Nation’s Basel Convention on Control of Transboundry Movement of Hazardous Waste and the meetings of International Techno-Legal Expert Group there under.

  12. Assessing Authority for Maharashtra State under of Water (P&CP) Cess Act, 1977 and also the Member Secretary of the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (Being Member Secretary of MPCB. These are Quasi-Judicial functions.
